Israel and Rocco did a great job repairing our garage door. They did a thorough analysis and explained the work that needed to be done. They showed us the price before starting the work and gave us options for the repairs. They worked quickly and professionally and tested the door before calling us out to review their work. Very good experience

Called for service on garage door. I expected a day or two for response...NO ! appointment to fix made for several hours later, and the repairman was a hour early< Identif of repairman made before arrival so I knew who was coming. Isaac, the repair man very friendly and attentive to the problem. He solved and repair issue quickly and professionally. I would like to see my experience with precision garage door company went exceptionally well. I received a quick response from my initial call. I was able to book an appointment quicklly.My service tech Isaac Rodriguez was very professional and first inspected my old unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of my available choices for a repair or complete replacement. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured in anyway.He gave ample time to think about what I would like to do according to what I would like to spend. my unit was over 11 years old and I had not been service in a while. I decided to go with complete replacement, and I am completely satisfied even better. The job was able to be done the day of my appointment. I would highly recommend your company to friends and family.

We are already customers, and I hit the wrong digit on the keypad so I was unable to access the garage through the keypad. I was able to access the garage through the remote, but my husband uses the keypad. You sent George to come and reset the keypad and he also advised that our rollers were looking worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers, which he did. I was very happy with the work that George did and he was on time and very respectful. You have a wonderful worker with George and you should be very proud!

I goggles for a garage door company near me and I found Precision. I was able to get an appt for the same day, I was given a call 30 minutes before arrival and the Tech. was professional. I think the repair was a little pricey, but I was very happy at the end. Thanks again for your prompt service.

Danny was GREAT! You guys gave me an appointment within 24 hoursof calling your company. Danny called me in advance to tell me exactly when he was arriving.. Knowledgeable of all! Our installer, Prince, was prompt and courteous and a pleasure to work with! He even removed an overhead cabinet for me (which hadn’t interfered with our original overhead door so I didn’t realize would be in the way of the new one)! He installed the door almost single-handedly, uncomplainingly. Later, Shane arrived and they finished the job together cheerfully and professionally. Very happy with the whole experience!

My new garage door was installed yesterday. I am pleased with the entire process from ordering to installation. Brian, the technician who installed the door, was courteous and professional, and the total clean-up when the job was finished was impressive. There is one problem, however. There is a small dent in one of the panels which I was told would be replaced. Therefore, the job isn't totally complete, so I will write another review when it is.
